About Me
Hello. I’m Anna Kashner. I've spent my entire professional career working with and for young people.
All young people need trusted adults outside of their family to help guide them through adolescence and young adulthood. This is a role I’ve been in as a teacher, a youth development leader, and as an auntie. As a youth life coach, I specialize in helping youth and young adults identify and embrace their strengths, overcome their challenges, and create the life they want.
My passion is to help young people discover who they are, build self-confidence, and find purpose. To witness young people step into their power as the amazing humans they are is one of my greatest joys. I also love to work with parents to help them achieve their parenting goals.
I live in Seattle, WA in a multi-generational household, and have an 8 (almost 16) year-old child, a bunch of amazing nieces and nephews between 6 and 16 years old, and a dog named Nash.
The single most powerful force for adolescent mental health is strong relationships with caring adults. We need to meet teens more than halfway.

My work over the years with young people has solidified my belief in their brilliance, creativity, passion, and hope. Adolescence and young adulthood are beautiful and challenging times, and it is a privilege to support folks during this stage in life. In my coaching practice, I bring a blend of warmth, genuine curiosity, and positive energy to every interaction. My approach is grounded in relatability and authenticity, creating a space where individuals feel comfortable opening up and trusting the journey ahead. Over the years, I've discovered that by applying practical, evidence-based skills, both young people and their parents can not only navigate these pivotal years more effectively but also enhance their overall well-being and achieve meaningful goals.
